File Uploads
You agree to upload only .png and .jpg image files. Images must not be offensive, illegal, or in violation of any law. Failure to comply may result in removal of your content and closure of your account.
Content Guidelines
Posts may be edited, hidden, or removed if they are spam, misleading, illegal, abusive, unrelated to the local community, or otherwise outside the intent of Ashland Wall.
We are committed to promoting services and events that align with our values and beliefs about health and wellness. We do not allow postings that promote, advertise, or offer vaccine shots or related services. Such postings may be removed at our discretion.
Availability
We do not guarantee website uptime. Hosting and domain services are provided by third parties, and issues related to those services are beyond our control.
Usage of Your Content
By uploading content, flyers, or images to AshlandWall.com, you give us permission to display that content on the site in any manner we choose and for as long as we choose.
You may deactivate uploaded content from the main wall through your dashboard. To formally revoke permission for display or use, contact us in writing and allow up to 5 business days for removal.
We may display your content on sample flyer pages if we feel it is a useful example. You can write in and ask us not to use your flyer this way.
Privacy Statement
We collect information such as your name and email only to manage and identify your account. We may collect more information if you provide it through the contact form. We never sell or share this information with third parties.
Your contact information is not currently visible to other users unless you place it directly on your flyer. In the future, we may add features that make contact information visible as part of presenting an event, but only with your explicit approval.
You agree that information you place on your flyers can be shown publicly because Ashland Wall is a public flyer-posting website.
