ASHLAND, Ore. — A new, free community website, AshlandWall.com, has officially launched to give residents of Ashland and surrounding towns a single place to post and discover local event flyers — without driving all over town to staple notices to walls and telephone poles.

Built and offered as a community service project by local owner Norman Love, AshlandWall.com works like the familiar community bulletin boards at the Ashland Food Co-op, Shop'n Kart, and neighborhood plazas — only online. Anyone can browse upcoming events, services, classes, lost-pet notices, and community announcements for free. Residents who want to post their own flyer simply register with an email address and upload an image.

“The idea is to save people time,” said Love. “Instead of printing dozens of copies and hunting for open wall space around town, you post your flyer once and the whole community can see it. If everyone in Ashland knows the site exists, we can all save a lot of time and energy and still know exactly what's happening in and around town.”

How It Works

  • Browsing is open to everyone — no account required.
  • Posting is free. Register with an email and password, agree to the terms of use, choose “Post Your Flier,” upload a .jpg or .png image (under 5MB), add an event date if applicable, and pick a category.
  • Events are organized by date and category, so visitors can easily find what's happening today, tomorrow, or on a specific day.
  • Dated posts display until the event has passed, keeping the wall current and clutter-free.
  • A free QR-code generator is available for event links and signup forms, and the site team can even help create simple flyers on request.

Who It Serves

While the focus is Ashland, the site welcomes events and services from nearby communities including Talent, Phoenix, Medford, Jacksonville, Grants Pass, and Williams.

A Community-First Service

AshlandWall.com is a community service project, free to use and powered by locals, for locals. The site collects only the name and email needed to manage an account, never sells or shares user information with third parties, and is governed under the laws of the State of Oregon. Full Terms of Service and an FAQ are available in the site footer.

Residents, organizations, businesses, and event organizers are encouraged to visit AshlandWall.com, create a free account, and start posting today.
